Sheryl D. Jeffries, 59 of Jacksonville passed away surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, December 29, 2012 after a lengthy illness. She will be remembered as a loving and caring wife and mother. Sheryl is preceded by her brother Tommy Tuten. She is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years Rick Jeffries, Jr., mother Ruth Ward, children; Barbara, Ricky, Lola Jeffries King (Mark) and Tommy (Crystal), 13 grandchildren, 3 nephews, sister-in-law Elaine Jeffries Aspinwall (Terry) and a host of loved ones and friends. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home located at 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jax., FL 32205. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Interment is to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
