Thomas Alan Greene, age 63, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021. Thomas was born March 6, 1958. He was a graduate of Duxbury High School and Blue Ridge Technical College. He held various certifications including Mack Truck, CAT Equipment, Detroit Diesel, OSHA Certified Safety Dupont, Exxon, Mine Safety, EVT Emergency Vehicle Technician, Cummins Diesel, Sunstrand Hydraulics, Sun Oil, and Mobil Oil.
Thomas is preceded in death by his father, Edwin Greene. He is survived by his mother, Hazel Greene of Vancouver, WA; brother, Timothy Greene and sister-in-law Joy, of Vancouver, WA; niece, Kia Greene; fiancée, Irene McKenna; and step-children Irene, Liz, Mike, Marisa, Matthew, and James McKenna of Jacksonville, FL; step-mother, Bettie Greene; step-brother, Scott Burnham; sister-in-law Wendy; nephews Joshua and Austin; niece Kimberly; and step-brother Mike Burnham.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. John's Bluff RD North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
