Thomas O. Leggett passed into the presence of our Lord on Sunday, February 11 after a long illness. Tom was born on July 12, 1941 in Live Oak, FL. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Doris Marie Clemons Leggett and Lawrence Othelga Leggett; and sisters, Edna Leggett Lezzer, Martha Marie Leggett Riebel and Betty Lou Leggett Drew. Mr. Leggett has many nieces, nephews, cousins, fellow workers and friends who love and will miss him.
Tom had a career of over 33 years with the FL Department of Labor as a regional manager. Many will remember Tom as a lover of the outdoors, bird watching, and the indoors sports of bowling and pool.
A memorial service to honor Tom will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
