

Vic was predeceased by his first wife, Melanie (Ledbetter) Deogracia, and his parents, Calvin and Adeline (Gerdes) Deogracia. He is survived by his wife, Georgia Deogracia, son, Andres Deogracia and wife Summer, granddaughter Cassie Deogracia and husband Keith, his grandson Sebastian Deogracia, sister, Janet Revolta, niece, Sherie Beaudette and grandnieces Savannah and Gabriella Beaudette . He is also survived by his step-children, Sandra Harley, Terry (Tommy) Coe, Tim Thompson, Steven Thompson, Jamie Thompson, many step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Vic grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana where he attended St. Aloysius High School and Nicholls State University. He started his restaurant career opening some of the first KFC franchises in the New Orleans area in the early 1970’s. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida in the early 1990’s where he continued managing KFC and other chain restaurants before semi-retiring.
He enjoyed listening to music, watching football and baseball, bowling, playing cards, and sci-fi and horror books and movies. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He was dedicated, hard-working, loving, and made everyone around him laugh with his stories and sense of humor.
A memorial service will be held at Hardage - Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery on Friday March 31 at 2:00PM, friends and family are welcome.
