Vilma was born on March 18, 1958, in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines, to the late Teofilo Sr. and Patricia Vincecruz. She pursued her passion for caring for others by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pangasinan.
In her early years, Vilma worked in Hong Kong for 12 years as a domestic helper, a chapter of her life marked by sacrifice, resilience, and unwavering love for her family. Her dedication during those years helped build the foundation for the life she created for her children. She carried those experiences with grace, humility, and strength, qualities that defined her throughout her life.
After moving to the United States, Vilma continued her commitment to hard work and providing for her family. She spent 8 years at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, where she was known for her reliability, kindness, and gentle spirit. Her work ethic and compassion touched the lives of those she worked alongside.
One of Vilma’s greatest joys was cooking for her family. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and welcome, where stories were shared, laughter filled the air, and every meal was prepared with love. She created moments that became treasured memories, nourishing not only the body but the heart.
She also loved singing karaoke, filling gatherings with her voice, her smile, and the joy she brought to every song. Music was one of the ways she expressed her happiness and connected with the people she loved.
She enjoyed playing bingo with her siblings, cherishing those simple, joy-filled moments of togetherness. Whether in the kitchen, around the bingo table, or holding a microphone, Vilma’s presence brought comfort, light, and a sense of home.
Vilma was the heart of our family, a gentle, selfless, and compassionate woman whose kindness touched everyone she met. She was beautiful not only in appearance but in spirit. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love will remain with us forever.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, Amadeo; her loving children, Ruby Jane (Richard), Deo Vil (Josephine), Regiena (Eli), and Roxanne; and her cherished granddaughters, Maria Ysabella and Arabella.
She is lovingly remembered by her siblings Romulo- deceased (helly), Elma (Orlino – deceased), Dolores (Renato – deceased), Teofilo Jr. (Loida), Miguilito (Anicia), Nora (Eric), Joycelin (Herminio), and Charito (Michael), along with their families. She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
Vilma lived a life marked by compassion. She put others before herself, offered help without hesitation, and made everyone around her feel cared for and seen. She was more than a wife and mother—she was our guide, our comfort, and our greatest source of love. Her gentle soul, beautiful smile, and kind heart will never be forgotten.
Though our hearts are broken, we find peace in knowing she is now resting in the loving arms of the Lord. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
