Helen H. Roddy, age 91 of West Bloomfield, passed away on November 5, 2011. The devoted wife of the late Harry Roddy, beloved mother of JoAnne Roddy and Mary Ellen Holliday, loving grandmother of Marja Lankinen. Helen was a graduate of Marygrove College and the U of M, a lifelong devoted Catholic and religious instructor. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Visitation will be held at the Pixley Funeral Home Godhardt-Tomlinson Chapel located at 2904 Orchard Lake Road in Keego Harbor on Wednesday November 9 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a Rosary Service at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday November 10 at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church located at 3750 Commerce Road in Orchard Lake at 10:00 am. Helen will be In State at the Church at 9:30 am. Memorial donations in Helen's honor are to be directed to the Felician Sisters, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
