Joseph Wayne Maggard, age 48, of Waterford, was born October 24, 1977 and passed away peacefully January 4, 2026. Loving brother of Dreama, John (Shawna), Eric (Tina), and Crystail Maggard. Cherished uncle of Angel, Kasey, Cody, Dede, Aleigha, Jacob, J.D., and Jackson, and great-uncle of 10. Joseph was preceded in passing by his parents, Jackie and Tilda Maggard.
Joe, known to many as “Rizzo,” had a deep love for basketball and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He especially enjoyed being surrounded by his family, who meant everything to him.
