Betty Lu Fogle

February 19, 1929 – October 7, 2015

Betty Lu Fogle, a prominent resident of Killeen for 64 years passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2015 she was 86 years old. Betty was born in Llano, Texas to William & Marie Crownover February 19, 1929. She married the love of her life Owen Fogle and they raised 3 beautiful children.

Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and mother-in-law will be missed by her family. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Killeen for over 64 years as well as a member of the United Methodist Women, President Class Secretary and Treasurer of numerous circles and volunteering in the church.

Betty will leave loving memories to her son William (Mary Kay) Fogle, daughters; Lulinda (Frank) Morgan, Owenna (Tommy) Cochran, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, Husband Owen Fogle and Parents William & Marie Crownover preceded her in death.

A time of visitation will be Friday, October 9, 2015 from 6-8pm at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 10:00 am at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery.
