I met Brad when he got to 3-4 AVN at fort hood in 2007 and he became my Squad leader. The very first thing he did was to have a BBQ at his house that weekend to get to know his soldiers and their family’s. He showed a kind of leadership I’d never experienced before. He truly cared about our wellbeing and our families wellbeing. He set an example that no other NCO ever lives up to in the rest of my army career. I looked up to Brad as a leader, Friend and a mentor. Brad I will never forget you and thank you for your friendship see you on the other side brother.

SFC Reynolds and I was in basic training together in 2001. We cross paths again later at Ft Hood. It's always great to run into a Army brother in the Aviation community. It was also good to see him progress through the ranks and leading Soldiers. It was a privilege to serve with him in the same organization (Taskforce Comanche) in Shindand, Afghanistan 2010-2011. He will be forever missed.

To SFC Reynolds family, loved ones, soldiers and anyone he came across within His military career..
Many may know the kind of man, soldier leader, son, father and husband he was. He was never condescending or belittling when it came to soldiers. The kind of man you would be able to go fishing with, as he would always offered. Although he just came to my unit a few months ago, he has left a great impact on many soldiers in 615th. An American soldier and a wonderful Platoon Sgt. I remember speaking to him last Friday. It's scary how everything can change so fast in the matter of days. This isn't goodbye but simply a see you later. The army keeps rolling along! Cold steel! R.I.P SFC BRAD REYNOLDS. 🖤

I first met SFC Reynolds when I moved to B co 615th he was my platoon sergeant. I was so mad about the move but he talked to me and help me understand how the move was a better opportunity for my military career. From that time on we grew a professional relationship and talk about everything from PCSing, Germany to buying a house. I will sincerely miss you SFC Reynolds. I cannot walk in the PC shop anymore, it hurt more than ever to look at your empty desk. Rest Easy Brad Reynolds 💚
