Danny was born May 24, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, lived in Germany, then spent the rest of his years in Texas. He worked as an estimator for a local landscaping company in Harker Heights, Texas. His passions were golfing, woodworking, and landscaping.
He is survived by his mother, Cuc Schwendeman; his two sons, Kyle Carruthers and Trey Breaux; his daughter, Makenzie Carruthers; and his sisters, Jullie Stolc and Andrea Schwendeman.
He was preceded in death by his father, John W. Carruthers.
