Elizabeth Ann Goodhue Hamm

Elizabeth Ann (Goodhue) Hamm, 73 of Killeen, Texas passed away September 15, 2016 at her residence in Killeen, Texas. She was born on April 18, 1943. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Killeen, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, Killeen, TX.

She was a homemaker and loyal American and a passionate activist in political matters. She loved children, dogs and the Texas Rangers (MLB). As an Army/Police wife of 48 years, she traveled across the United States but never made a trip overseas.

She was predeceased by her parents, William B. Goodhue and Nellie Coomer, both originally from Kentucky, her brothers, William H. Goodhue and wife Lynn of Florida, Joe Goodhue and wife Dominque, Jackie Goodhue and wife Virginia of New Albany, Indiana.

Her surviving family includes her loving husband, Cecil R. Hamm, Jr., her children, Merrianne Paige Zamora of San Jose, CA, her two sons, David Hamm and wife Casey of Harker Heights,Texas and Allen Hamm of Copperas Cove, Texas. Her four Texas grandchildren, Lewis, Gauge, Gavin and Lily Hamm and her four California grandchildren, Jessie, April, Carmen and Valerie. Her sisters, LuJean Webber of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Vera Cooper and spouse Tony of Utica,Indiana and her brothers, Tony Goodhue of New Albany, Indiana and Lyndon Barton of Clarksville, Indiana.
