

Ja’Liyah J’Niya Stevenson was born June 28, 2004, to Loving parents Melanie M. Warren and Jonathan J. Stevenson of West Memphis, AR.
Ja’Liyah touched the lives of everyone she met with her warmth, kindness, beautiful smile, and infectious laughter. Her compassionate nature, kind spirit, and unwavering strength made her a beacon of light to all who knew her. Ja’Liyah had dreams, aspirations, and a bright future ahead. She was an incredible gymnast and an amazing cheerleader, and her presence illuminated every room she entered. Her time on this earth was tragically cut short, but the love she shared will remain everlasting. Though her presence will be deeply missed, the memories she created and her impact on those around her will forever live in our hearts. Rest in Love, Ja’Liyah—you will never be forgotten.
Our sweet girl, Ja’Liyah, is preceded in death by her beautiful great-grandmother, Shirley Robinson, beloved grandfather, Lash Stevenson, and cherished uncle, Lash Stevenson, Jr. Their love and memories will forever remain a part of her, and we take comfort in knowing they are together.
Ja’Liyah leaves to cherish her loving memory her Mother, Melanie Warren; her father, Jonathan Stevenson (Evelyn); her sisters Janecia, Jayla, and Jada; and her brothers Joshua Skinner, Jonathan Jr., and Jaden Jones. Her best friend, Isaiah Graves; her nephew, Ja’Mir Stevenson; her grandmothers, Maxine Warren and Delia Stevenson; her grandfather, Fred Jordan. And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her cheer family who loved her deeply.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, TX at 1:00 PM followed by a repast at The Social Instance at 2201 S WS Young 111-C, Killeen, TX 76543.
