Janie Sharp

June 20, 1930- September 17, 2015

A visitation service for Janie Sharp, 85, of Killeen, TX will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11:00 at First Baptist Church in Killeen.

Janie was a native Killeenite, born on June 20, 1930. She was a wonderful mother and faithful member of First Baptist Church before moving to Spring, TX. She died of natural causes on September 17, 2015. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne and Johnny Mierzwik.

She is survived by sons Jeff Sharp and Tim Sharp and his wife Cyndi, sisters; Doris Graham, Nell Hopson, Wilma Prouhet, Mary McLean, granddaughters; Samantha Sharp and Ashlyn Sharp, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and other extended family.

While the family and close friends are saddened by losing her here with us, we rejoice in the fact that she's healthy and well now.
