Kevin was a kind man and a good father with so much love in his heart. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones left behind.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sister Penny Poole(Bobby); son, Raymond Culver; niece Michelle Shannon.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Connie Tilton; parents, Roy Tilton and Leona Cook Tilton.
