Lily Pearl "Tommie" Ramm

November 15, 1926 - January 3, 2016

Tommie was granted her angel wings on January 3, 2016 in Round Rock, Texas she was 89 years old. Beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, will be missed for she touched so many lives.

Tommie, a native of Killeen, Texas, was born on November 15, 1926 to parents; Dewitt L & Mary (Adams) Herbert. She held several jobs in her lifetime, but the most important one was raising and taking care of her family. She loved to garden, growing many vegetables that she shared with family and friends. She also took great pleasure in singing in her Church Choir on Sundays and during Special Programs.

She met and married the love of her life Harold H. Ramm and to this union they have two sons. She visited all of the lower 48 States and Alaska, also she went on several Cruises with her husband.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Dewitt Licurgus Herbert & Mary Cynthia Jane Adams Herbert, Sisters; Nadine Herbert Young, Rae Herbert Votaw, Brothers; Edward Herbert and DL Herbert, Daughters in Law; Linda Skinner Ramm and Felicia Hallmark Ramm.

Tommie leaves to cherish her memory her loving Husband of 69 years; Harold H. Ramm of Florence, TX., Sons; Howard (Marcie) Ramm of Florence, TX., Dr. Harold D Ramm of Groesbeck, TX., Grandchildren; Dr. Jason (Naomi) Ramm of Salado, TX., Tara (Derrick) Robinson of Sour Lake, TX., Jarrett (Stacey) Ramm of Florence, TX., Cody Ramm of Jacksonville, FL., Cassie (Bryce) Ramm-Dunnam of Thornton, CO., Great-grandchildren; Caleb (Colby) Ramm of Salado, TX., Cami (Sophie) Ramm of Sour Lake, TX., and Jarrett Jr. (Jade) Ramm of Florence, TX. Brother; Maloy Herbert of Belton, TX.

A time of visitation will be Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen from 6 - 8 PM. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 7, 2016 at First United Methodist Church of Florence, TX at 1:00 PM, burial will follow at Florence Community Cemetery.
