Lucille Ella Purser, age 86 of Killeen, passed away September 12 in Round Rock, Texas. A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 am, Monday, September 16, at Central Texas State Veteran's Cemetery. No visitation is scheduled.
Lucille was born April 25, 1927 to William and Mary Jane (Cortines) Poskey in Nacogdoches, Texas. She married James O. Purser in 1953 and as a homemaker and stay at home mother, she brought joy into the lives of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents and other siblings.
Survivors include her husband, James; two sons, Gayle and James Robert Purser; two daughters, Sharon Gregory and Carolyn Bolling; one sister, Pat Adair; and 11 grandchildren.
