Mary Lazzaro Hendrix

Funeral services for Mary A. Hendrix will be held Thursday, December 2nd 11:30am at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive visitors Wednesday December 1st from 6-8:00 pm. She will be laid to rest in a private service at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetary.

Mary was born January 16th, 1930 in Queens, New York to Peter and Grace Lazzaro. She passed away November 27, 2010.

She was raised in New York and moved to Columbus, Georgia in 1952 where she met and married her lifelong sweetheart, Tom. She resided in Killeen with her family for 49 years. She was a devoted and loving wife for 57 years and the best mom to Barbara Newman, Thomas Hendrix Jr. and wife Sandy, Ed Hendrix, and Mary Wheeler. She was the world's greatest grandmother to Brad Garrison and his family Jennifer and Collin Hartley, Mali Tuitau-Adams and husband Everett, Vincent Tuitau, Sara Tuitau-Phillips and husband Brian, JT Hendrix, and Josh Hendrix. And the best sister to Dolores, Rita, Rose and Sal. Along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She will be in our hearts forever and her memory will be with us always.
