I met Mr. Prosperi in the rehabilitation center, where I took care of his lovely wife until her last days. She was incredible. Strong minded, vivacious and fiery. He came to be with her every single day. Not one day went by, I didn't hug Mr. Prosperi a hello to welcome him. He was a selfless man. Honorable, courageous and honest man. I cared for him. I am only sad I wasn't able to have a personal meeting with him. I was looking forward to seeing Okhwa in their early marriage. I look forward to seeing him again one day. I loved him so.

Mike was a great friend and a super neighbor. He was there for me even when i didnt know it,showing small tokens of kindness throughout the many years of knowing him. I will always remember him and the kindness that was shown to me and my family.  He will truely,truely be missed. We love you Mike

Although I only knew Mike for a short while he was an inspiration and a true friend.  My prayers and thoughts to his daughter Jennifer and grand daughter Mya.  He was very proud of you both.  He truly loved his animals too.  I will miss him so very much.
