Paul I love and miss you so much. I feel lost and empty without you here I have learned that time does not heal a broken heart. Each day that passes seems like it gets harder to cope.  I wish I had the power to bring you back we always fought this world together and never left each others side. I am now left to fight this world on my own. No body wanted to celebrate the holidays including Chrissy. She is haveing a hard time dealing with this as we all are. We know you are here with us everyday and nite. I talk to you everyday. It's funny how time flies, yet seems to stay stuck in certain places where sorrow and sadness live.  I hope that you have been able to visit us all in your own new special way, and to touch those that still need you (whether it be in dreams or a memory).  I wish I could take away all the pain that comes with death and celebrate the life you lived, and do it with everyone so hurt by your absence.  I hope that someday they will all realize like I have, that you are never truly gone as long as you live in our hearts and minds.  I know you are looking out for us all now that you have the ability to be everywhere at once.  Please, visit those that love you always and forever.  Until we all meet again. dear uncle paul, i miss you more than words can say. I'ts so different not having u around especally yesterday i missed u being on the other side of the table making jokes and making everyone have a good laugh its been really quiet without you... i miss going to the movies with you and going out 2 eat and most of all i miss having you 2 talk 2 when im feeling down u always knew how 2 cheer me up when nobody else could.i go and see you often and every time i go i feel like your right beside me.. you definatly made an impact on not just mine but alot of other peoples lives and i love when people say im like you nothing makes me more happier.... i hope to see you again it seems like its been forever yet it still hurts as if it was yesterday....ill never forget you.             love,your neice

Paulie: Thanksgiving is here & the truth is that I'm so lonely. You were the 1st one to always text me on this day. Ashley is not here either. You always cheer me up, made me laugh & gave me this warm feeling. You always knew exactly how I was feeling without me saying a word. You always comforted me. I miss you so much. There aren't any words that can express this sad feeling I have. I find myself crying alone now cause no one has taking the time to get to know me like you did. Its supposed to get better with time, but I'm not sure about that. Please watch over Ashley for me, just like you did before.

wow there isn't even a word for how much i miss you .I dont know if i can make it on my own without you u held me together like glue and now that your gone i have no clue what to do . i need you and i miss you more and more everyday and i doubt time ever heals the heart after it's broken becuse it sure isn't working for me i need my freind/dad/uncle back

Paul as time goes on it still is not any easier matter of fact I miss you more and more. Now left to my own devices I am fighting alone. We need answers and still nothing. Paulie, I miss you more & more each day. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. Everything reminds me of you! I don't think time will heal any o this pain. We are still sitting here with no answers and it is not right. I can not tell you how much I miss you Paul it was always me and you against this world now I am left here to fight alone without my best friend why do bad things always happen to the best people. This has to be a test from GOD but frankly I am failing. There are more days than before where I just want to throw in the towel. I know I am not alone but honestly it feels like I am. It seems to be a battle everyday to fake a smile when really my heart and soul are crushed. All I know is that I can not wait for the day I see you again. I go to see you at least 3-4 times a week and I always talk to you as if you are here next to me still. I don't know and will never understand why God took you away from us. We had so many plans and dreams together that will never come true or happen and I feel so very lost inside and empty you will always be my superman. How do I make the pain end? I can't ! My dearest brother and best friend I miss you so very much. I thank GOD that I had the chance to see you and tell you I love you on that Friday when you came up to my house before you had to go to work. I remember you saying you did not know if you      If you should come up as you said you just got a ticket. For whatever reason GOD made us both say yes come up here. I remember you were supposed to come up on Sunday and Monday as you wanted to spend time with your neice,nephew, Christina and I. I remember us telling each other I love you. I can not describe how bad this hurts I have never felt such pain. But at the same time I know you are not struggeling anymore and you are happy in heaven with nana,poppy,and Maddison looking over us and being our angel making sure we are safe. You always told me inwas your hero, and I always called you my superman. It was always you and me against this world. I am left in this world for now but I know I will be there with you in heaven one day, as I can then see my superman I love you my brother and best friend.

You were a light in my life and I'm a better person for knowing you. You made me laugh, smile... and now cry. The life you had was way tooo short and while I have so many questions, my heart knows you are in a better place. I keep hearing your laugh and seeing your smile and that gives me the peace I need to move onto another day. Thank you for loving me and I hope you knew how much I loved you. I am Paul's brother's fiance (Wayne's fiance)

Paul always made me feel welcome and comfortable; the whole Kunard family does.  I have something I would like to share.  I believe things happen for a reason.  God has His reasons.  

Thursday, I drove home from Temple, Texas.  I have been attending a 4 hour class at the college over there and I have an online class; so I was pooped!  I stopped by the grocery store to do some food shopping for next week.  I wanted to get all of my errands done Thursday evening because I had not seen my two beautiful children all week.  I had plans to pick my children up the next day, Friday.  

Friday, when my kids and I were relaxing at the house enjoying each others company I received a text message from Wayne.  In the text message he asked me to go take some cell phone money to Paul.  We both had a cell phone through Paul.  I had just started enjoying my kids and a relaxing weekend.  I replied to Wayne that I did not want to leave the house; I just took care of things yesterday to enjoy today.  After some disagreements, we decided Wayne would take the cell phone money to Paul after Wayne got off work.  

That is exactly what Wayne did and it was the last time Wayne got to see his brother.  After thinking about this, Wayne and I thought this happened for a reason.  I was suppose to take the money to Paul but Wayne ended up taking that money to Paul instead.  I am so thankful it worked out that way.  It was a blessing for Wayne from God to get to see his brother one last time.  

God works in mysterious ways, God let this happen to Paul for a reason.  I'm not sure why but I know God loves Paul so very much that my words can not express God's love for Paul.  God gave up his son for Paul and all of us; that is love.  

That is the main story I wanted to share with everyone.  I do not know what plan God has for Paul but I do know if I had it my way I would have liked to known Paul longer and more personal.  I would have liked to at least say goodbye to Paul.  Wayne wanted Paul as his Best Man in our wedding.  I wanted my children to call Paul,"Uncle Paul."  Paul was good with kids.  My kids are so shy when you first meet them but Paul played with Christina, his niece and my son, Nathan.  I remember them playing in the pool and hiding from Paul.  I remember Paul taking off his socks and throwing his socks at the kids.  They LOVED the attention!  I remember Paul doing all sorts of things for his niece, Christina.  He would take her out, buy her things and just showed her love.  (She is a wonderful and beautiful child.  She is growing up too fast!)

Paul also loved Lego!  Gosh, I never knew a person to drop off and pick up a dog just like you would a child, on your way to work!  Wayne has a Lab (dog), her name is Lucy.  She is so slobbery and smelly at times!  Paul loved Lucy!  Paul even told Wayne if he wanted to get rid of Lucy to give her to him.  

One last memory, Paul liked fruit salad.  We make fruit salad on get-together events.  I remember Wayne and I make fruit salad just because we knew Paul liked it and he was coming over.  

I know Wayne loved Paul extremely.  I know Wayne hurts and misses Paul.  Thank you everyone for your prayers.  We all miss Paul.  Paul, we Love you always and forever.

I have never known anyone quite like my brother. He was my brother but he was also my best friend. For 29 years it Paul and I against the world. He adored his family and friends and his dog Lego. His neice Christina was his life. He was and always will be the best person I know. This is the hardest time of my life as I need my brother I need him I miss him and I love him. I know he loved me and he knows I love him.

Life has lost a wonderful person someone that cares and do not want anything in return.Just wanted everyone to be  happy . If you really knew Paul you could not ask for a better friend because he always gave a 100% no matter what he did if he was at work  or  just out with his friend ..Paul gave a special love to his friends ..I will always love him and he will always be in my throughts and heart, he was special and one of a kind and you will be missed .Now my friend is smiling and singing in heaven with all the angels.I feel he will always look over his friends and family who he really loved   rest in peace dear friend

Paul was a great person to be around. I remember him from Killeen High School. He was always a positive person who had just the right thing to say, and was honest with everybody. I didn't catch up to Paul until years after we graduated from school, where I found him working in a cell phone store. He still had that smile, was honest and fair with everybody, and it was his service with a smile that kept not only me but my family going back to the store for his assistance and advice. He was a great man and will be missed.

Our family, all four of us, are loyal customers of Paul who made a difference with his smile and customer service.  He always addressed us by name each month I saw him when I visited the store to pay my Verizon bill.  Paul will be missed for many reasons but he was an honest and hard working individual who always put a smile on my face.  God will be with Paul's family as they struggle in the days and years to come in their loss.  God bless all of you.

Paul was a friend to everyone he met.. His love of people and animanls knew no bounds. Years ago, the family and my husband was throwing me a small surprise birthday party at their house. Paul came in as I was making ice cream and stated "when is the party going to start? I want some cake". He then said " UH OO IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE A SURPRISE." I promised him I would not let on that it slipped out, and until just now, I never told anyone. He was so upset at the slip up. He was only 8 I think.. We will all miss him, but will each have our own special memory of a very dear young man who left us way to soon.
