Beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and U.S. Marine Veteran
It is with deep love and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Paul Robynn Layman, a man whose life was defined by his unwavering devotion to his family and his generous, joyful spirit.
Paul was a loving husband to, Jeanne Layman, and a proud Daddy to his twin daughters, Caitlyn and Lillie, age ten. His greatest joy came from being with his girls—whether he was cooking up their favorite meals, grilling in the backyard, or packing up the car for another beach trip full of laughter, sand, and sunshine.
Paul found happiness in life’s simple pleasures: preparing a good meal, feeling the ocean breeze, and spending quality time with those he loved most. His sense of humor, warm heart, and selfless nature touched everyone who knew him.
Paul proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, a chapter of his life that shaped his enduring strength, discipline, and unwavering commitment to protecting those he loved. He carried the values of the Marine Corps with him in all he did-devotion, honor, and resilience.
He is survived by his wife Jeanne; their daughters Caitlyn and Lillie; father Rob Layman and his wife Valeree; sister Tina Layman; nieces Moria and Ila Layman; his great-nephew Elijah Layman; aunts, Joan Layman, Janeen Gates, Janelle Gates-Beauto and cousins Billy and Amanda all of whom he loved deeply and who will miss him immensely. He is preceded in death by his mother, Julianne Layman.
Paul will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his fierce loyalty, and the love he poured into every aspect of his life. He touched many lives with his kindness and strength, and his memory will live on in all who had the privilege to know him.
