It’s a memory of the times I spent with Richard. I miss him more and more every day. I miss when we used to go out for dinner and we would bring something home for our baby girl- Tala from the restaurant. This were our best times. Also when he taught me how to make squirrel feeders. We went to Florida to pick up my stuff and meet my step mom and friends. That was the best ride together. I love you forever in my heart ♥️.

I was in Mr. Crow's class way back around 2011 or somwhere around that time for Pre-K. I am just now hearing about his passing and am devastated. My family was planning move back to texas as soon as I graduate. And I was overjoyed because I was going to get to see him again. But hearing about this just makes it a lot worse for me. I hope Mr. Crow rests peacefully and watches over us all among the heavens. RIP Mr. Crow, you were the best pre kindergarten teacher I ever had

You were One Great Teacher,  You always Were There for all Of us.. Every time i made an iMovie, Me and Mrs.whtitmore, and Mrs.back Would Have a Nice Laugh.. When i was in Your class, it was Fun, And a Welcoming environment For all of us-- I Remember the Time i Emailed You When I Graduated To Middle School.. You Were Fun. From The First Day of School; to graduating 5th Grade, You Were Always there for us.  Thank You for everything You did for us. i will never forget about You.

My family and I has always held a special place in our heart for Mr. Crow. We were in complete shock when we sent him a gift card today from our special needs grandson whom he was awesome with, when he was his teacher. To have the gift card returned back to us with a note of his passing really hurt our family. We will be forever grateful for his commitment to educating children. Our grandson was blessed to have him as a teacher.

I just learned about Mr. Crow’s passing and my heart physically hurts. I worked with him at East Ward for many years until I retired a few years ago. I was so pleased that he was my oldest grandson’s first teacher. Mr. Crow and I and my grandson kept in touch with each other through occasional emails and he even came to my grandson’s middle school band concert just a few months ago. I don’t know how I will tell Jackson. What a tremendous loss, but what a tremendous impact this sweet, dear man made in all the lives he touched. God give comfort to all of us who grieve especially those closest to him. 

I remember I had Mr. Crow as my kindergarten teacher and I liked him so much I made my grandma buy me a toy crow to give to him the last day of school. I’m about to graduate this year, and I just want to say he’s still impressed as one of the best teachers I’ve had. Prayers and thoughts to his family

I remember spending summers at grandma Ruby's and Sam's house with you and Michael when we were kids. I'm going to miss chasing chickens on her farm with you and Michael.  I was so pleased to hear that you became a great teacher. Even though I hadn't seen you in many years, I will always remember the time we had as kids.

Mr. Crow was a passionate teacher.....he will be greatly missed.

Richard and I first met playing FarmVille on Facebook. We talked for hours online getting to know each other. Richard and I were together from March 2011-August 31th, 2021. I didn’t get to say goodbye or I love you on his last day. Richard was a Great supporter and provider. He took care of everyone in his path, especially his school kids. I miss him so much, Richard was my partner, soulmate and best friend for life . He will be greatly missed.

I will never forget the laughs and stories we shared. His love for students was contagious and undeniable. He was always kind, always smiling and not afraid to be silly. I can honestly say I never heard him say a negative thing. He loved his kids and they loved him. Mr. Crow you will be missed but undoubtedly never forgotten. PS one of my first memories of you is Character Parade at East Ward and you dressed as Captain Underpants! Rest in Paradise. PS say hello to my grandpa for me 

I was so blessed to have worked with Richard at Maude Moore Wood and he was one of the most amazing teacher I have worked with.  His love and passion for his students was evident in everything he did for and with them.  I loved our wonderful conversations in the morning before anyone else got to school. He had a way of making a person feel heard and accepted. He will be truly missed by many and his impact will be felt for many years to come. May God grant his family peace and comfort.

I met Mr. Crow my first year teaching at East Ward Elementary. He was a great guy and always made you smile. I will always remember him as Captain Underpants as he paraded around the school with them on and made everyone laugh. You will be missed however never forgotten.

Richard was an amazing man, friend and educator. He had a way of making an impact on every child he came into contact with. It was his gift. I learned so much about teaching while working alongside of him. He was so knowledgeable, patient and kind.  He was one of the best mentors I've ever had. Our love and devotion to Eastward bonded us and it's a bond I will treasure forever. He will be greatly missed! ❤

I met Richard at East Ward Elementary many years back.  He was our lead teacher. He was always such a joy to work with. He kept us laughing most of the time.  He loved the kids. He worked tirelessly to help them and his fellow teachers. He was a team player. We would have philosophical conversations almost every morning when we work together. My heart is truly broken. The world have lost a great teacher and a great man.  It was such a pleasure to share time with you. I will miss you my friend.

Richard Crow was a  wonderful person. He was an amazing teacher who cared deeply for every student he knew, and they all loved him just as much.  For me, he was a good friend, a great listener, and a wise man who always gave the best advice. I will miss our laughs, our inside jokes, and most of all our long talks. I always referred to these talks as my Moment of Zen because of the inspiring and calming effect they had. Richard was truly an inspiring person to all the lives he touched. He will be greatly missed. 

So many hearts are broken with Richard's passing. His passion for the kids he worked with was nothing short of amazing. I remember coming into his classroom and he was working with his students on some math concepts. He was using Legos with them and they truly understood. He was our Lego man and he will be missed! Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and the many, many friends he made over the years.

Mr.Crow had an amazing and fun energy about him that separated him from others! When I was a kid, I used to always go to his classroom after classes!
