Sharon graduated from Killeen High School in 1967 and pursued a degree in Mathematics at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She then earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics at Texas A&M. She began her teaching career with the Killeen Independent School District in 1972, at Killeen High School, then Ellison High School from 1978 until her retirement in 2010.
Sharon is survived by her children, Nicole Hendrickson and Mark Fisher and his wife Mary, her beautiful grandchildren that she loved dearly, Savannah Rogers and her husband Ben, Gracie Fisher, and Lilly Fisher, and one precious great grandson, Densil Rogers. She was preceded in death by her beloved, Benjamin Mack Fisher, in 2017.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 8th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, Texas.
