A memorial service for Thomas Allen Shuman, 81 of Killeen will be 1:00pm Friday February 17, 2017 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery. He was born July 30, 1935 in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania and passed away February 10, 2017 in Harker Heights. He married his loving wife Mary Ann Bruder July 30, 1979 and they were married 37 years. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and sister. Surviving loved ones are his wife, sister, four children, five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and his beloved dog, Pixie. He served in the U.S. Army for 22 years, and retired as a Sargent First Class (E-7), then served 26 years with Civil Service in communications before retirement. His hobbies included golfing.
