Killeen, Texas

Mr. Lockhart passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012 at a Harker Heights Hospital.

He was born August 20, 1940 to Hazel & Levi Lockhart, Sr. in Crockett, Texas.

He had a distinguished military career of twenty-four years and seventeen years as a correctional officer

for the Texas Department of Corrections.

His parents, two sisters and three brothers preceded Mr. Lockhart in death.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby of forty-four years, sons Gregg (Kimberly) Lockhart, Toby Lockhart, and daughter Tiffany (Derrick) Thomas-Lockhart all of Killeen; son Anthony Brown of VA; Sisters: Sara Lockhart, Jessie Lockhart, Gracie Evans,

Dorothy Lockhart all of Crockett, DC; Hazel Shepherd of Atlanta, GA. and Erma Ryan of Houston, TX.

Brothers: Eugene Lockhart, Sr. (Lena), Levi Lockhart, Jr. (Pat) and Curtis Lockhart all of Crockett, TX.

Grandchildren: Aliyah, Trey, DeMarcus, Ryan, Kennedi, Cameron, Dylan, Drew, Dallas, numerous nieces,

nephews, relatives and dear friends who will miss his smiling presence.
