

Born in Passaic, NJ to AL and Elenore Sheara. He graduated from Hillside High School and served his country in the US Air Force. Don earned his degree from NCE-Newark College of Engineering 1964.
After a wonderful 67 years of marriage Don leaves behind his high-school sweetheart Ronnie. Don and Ronnie were married in 1958. They were blessed with a daughter Donna in 1959. They bought their first home in Middlesex, NJ and welcomed their son Donald in 1966.
Known as Nani and Pop Pop they leave behind grandchildren, Asa Pikus and wife Krystin, Genevieve Sheara and Sophie Sheara. Don was so proud of his two accomplished children and never missed telling the talents and gifts of his grandkids.
Job opportunities brought the family to Kingwood, TX in 1978. Don's occupation started at Thermo Electric and followed with Union Carride, Johnson Controls, Smith Meters, and F.H. Maloney. His overseas travel included: Algeria, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Indonesia, Iran, Kharg Island, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Malaysia and Nigeria.
