Duangrudee "Ning" Saleeby, 19, passed from this life on Monday April 20, 2015. She was born in Thailand on July 24, 1995. The name Duangrudee in Thai roughly translates into "glowing heart", something she certainly lived and brought to everyone who knew her.
Along with her family, Ning lived in Thailand, Malaysia, France, Singapore and Nigeria. While living overseas she spent the summers in South Carolina with her grandmother and many cousins. Christmas holidays were often spent in Thailand with her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. After Nigeria, the family moved to the Houston area where they have resided the past nearly eight years. Thus, she has many friends and family spread all around the world many of whom she stayed in touch with via social media.
Ning Graduated from Summer Creek High School and attended Sam Houston State University. She was introduced to dancing by a friend in high school, and that became her passion. No matter what type, dance was a source of joy in her life and she made many, many friends being a member of the Summercreek Starlettes and, in Huntsville, Fade to Black dance team.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her parents, Kary E. and Mayuree Saleeby; brother, Athiwat "Men" Saleeby; sister, Melissa Warunee Saleeby all of Houston, TX., cousins in South Carolina and Mayuree's family in Thailand as well as numerous beloved friends and class mates.
