He is survived by his loving partner, Helen E. West; children, Teena Marie Zachary, Sandra Ellen Homles, Carol Fitzpatrick, Eva Beth Lewis, David Allen Lewis and Freddie D. Lewis Jr.; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
Family will receive friends from 6 PM to 8 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Hwy 59 North, Kingwood, Texas 77339. Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM, October 2, 2011 at Kingwood Funeral Chapel.
