George Forest Flippin Sr., age 81, born Dec. 7, 1929 in Stillwell, Oklahoma and passed away Aug. 28, 2011 in Houston. He is survived by children, George Forest Flippin Jr., Martha Anne Oughton and Suzanne C. Driskill; 11 grandchildren; 16 1/2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Flippin and son, William Lee Flippin. Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 pm, Friday, Sept. 2, 2011 at Kingwood Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at Kingwood Funeral Chapel.
