Leslie Annette Jablonski, a compassionate and beloved Mom, passed away on December 21, 2025, at the age of 56. Born on January 17, 1969, Leslie was raised in Parma, Ohio, where her thoughtful and selfless nature began to flourish.
Leslie's career was marked by devotion and generosity, having worked for 15 years at HEB in the Business Center in Atascocita, Texas. Her dedication to her work and her community was evident to all who knew her.
A cherished mother, Leslie leaves behind her two children, Adam Jablonski (Leanna Ingram) and Madison Jablonski. Her family was her pride and joy, and she was a devoted daughter to her mother, Elsie Neal. Leslie's memory will also be held dear by her sister, Pamela Neal (Steve Gore), her niece, Taylor Martin (Thomas), her nephew, Todd Nolte (Lindsey), and her great nephews, Parker and Wyatt Martin. She is preceded in death by her father, Larry Neal, and her sister, Cindy Neal.
Leslie's personal interests were as vibrant and varied as her personality. She loved to shop, embark on road trips, read, and had a special fondness for Disney. Her thoughtful and generous spirit touched everyone she met, and her presence will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held at Kingwood Funeral Home, located at 22800 Highway 59 N, Kingwood, Texas, 77339, on January 2, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
