Mara Anna Marich

Married to Beau Ledoux Tardy on September 12, 1993 in New York City on the roof of The World Trade Center Twin Towers.

She leaves behind a loving son Apollo John Ledoux Tardy, husband Beau Ledoux Tardy, sister Daniella Marich and brother John Marich.

A beautiful mother and wife, Mara was also a multiple award-winning advertising copywriter; Emmy- nominated TV writer, director and producer. She created some of the most iconic TV ads both in Australia and the US, notably working for the vaunted MTV Networks On-Air Promos department in New York City during the 1990s. She also worked internationally in the media business in Hong Kong and Dublin, Ireland, Paris and London. She graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Economics. Mara was loving and generous with her time and enjoyed mentoring new talent for the Western Sydney Ad School, as well as teaching catechism to third graders in Kingwood, Texas.

A funeral mass for Mara will be held Friday, January 3, 2025 at 10:30 AM at St Martha's Catholic Church, 4301 Woodridge Parkway, Porter, Texas 77365.
