She was devoted and faithful to her family and friends, demonstrating patience, resilience, and selflessness in all her endeavors. Maria was a proud mother to her children, Zoemy, Brendaliz, and Felipe, and a cherished grandmother to Glendaliz, Jesus, Jose, Christopher, Nicandro, Rosemary, Karla, Isaiah, Matthew, Katrina, and Amy. She was also blessed with a great-grandchild, Asani.

Maria found joy in coloring and painting, and she cherished taking care of her dogs. Her greatest happiness, however, came from spending time with her family, who she loved dearly.
