Tammy is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Kevin J. Rodriguez; children, Chris Cook (Lena), Mary Cook (Jody), Terri Fairfax (Roberto), Frankie Fairfax and Kevin J. Rodriguez, Jr.; grandchildren, Cody Cook, Chelsea Rabon, Ceaser Andrade and Makayla Key; parents, Doug and Grace Webb; siblings, Brian Webb (Peggy), Sally Norton and Tony Webb (Mary).
