Wynette Jane Atkins

Wynette Atkins, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Thursday November 23rd, 2023 at the age of 74 in Kingwood, TX.

Wynette was born on October 1st, 1949 in McCamey, TX to Henry and Frances Holtman. She was a kind and compassionate woman. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Jason Atkins and Justin Atkins, and an endeared grandmother to her five grandchildren, Dylan, Caiden, Hailey, Brady and Natale Atkins.

She was always there for her family and friends, ready to listen or give advice. She was also a great talker who could talk your ear off.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Jason and his wife, Nicole with their 2 sons Dylan and Brady Atkins, son Justin Atkins and his wife, Alissa with their son, Caiden, and 2 daughters Hailey and Natalie Atkins, her sister, Annette Vecchio and her brother, Melvin Holtman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Atkins, and her parents, Henry and Frances Holtman.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 30th at 11am at Kingwood Funeral Home.

Wynette will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
