Ambu passed away at St Mary's Hospital on February 5, 2013 at the age of 80. Son of late Koryan and Sarah Appu, brother to the late Kundramen, Raipen, Kalyani and Latchme. Loving father to Raymond and his wife Martha, Rosemary and her husband Pawar Khan, Rudolph and his wife Anita, Randolph, Rozanna and her husband Anil Singh and Royston and his wife Jennifer. Cherished grandfather of Vashnie, Lisa, Melinda, Cassandra, Adrian, Kavita, Mariyah, Reshme, Ashmanie, Varisha, Alan, Brandon, Rico and Neo. Will be remembered by Doreen, Barbara, Shamo, Mala and Janet. Friends and relatives may call at The Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa Street S, Kitchener, Ontario on February 7th, 2013 from 5pm until 9pm. A Celebration of Ambu's life will be held Friday February 8th at 10am in the Funeral Chapel followed by a procession to Williamsburg Crematorium leaving at 12pm. Donations to the Hospital for Sick Children would be greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers by the family in honour of Ambu's memory.
