Passed away at Lanark Heights Long Term Care on Monday, December 14, 2015, at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of David Boyes for 62 years. Dear mother of June Poole (Ed), Susan Werth (Terry), Wayne Boyes (Pam), and Gary Boyes (Christine). Loved grandmother of Chad, Danielle, Craig, Andrew, and David, and great grandmother of Julianne, Angelina, Andrew, Jacob, Leah, Taylor, and Zoe. She is also survived by her dear sister Ella and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Ada Noake, and her sisters Lois, Rhoda, Esther, and Dora and her brothers Ernest, Edward, Percy, Milton, Orville, Arthur, and Merle. Ruth’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 6 – 9 pm. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Friday, December 18, 2015 from 10:00 – 10:45 am, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am, with Pastor Robert Snell officiating.
