Daughter of the late Clark and Lizzie Anderson. Predeceased by her husband Neil in 2001 and her brother Douglas Anderson. Survived by her son Wayne (Dianne) Decker of Waverley, Nova Scotia, Linda (Paul) Reidel of Kitchener, Gail (David) Ross of Cambridge, and Ruthann (Allan) Stroeder of Stokes Bay. Also survived by grandchildren Jamie (Carrie) Reidel of Baden, Geoffrey (Lisa Brown) of Kitchener, Mark Decker of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Alissa Decker (Keith Croke) of Halifax, Tyson (Jill) Stroeder of Kitchener, and Colin (Tyler Reichard) of Mississauga. Also remembered by 6 great grandchildren: Eva, Aubrey and Phoebe Reidel, Quin Reidel, Griffin and Maddie Stroeder. Doris was a competitive bowler for many years as well as a competitive curler. She retired after many years at Waterloo Trust and then Canada Trust. Doris also loved to play horseshoes and cards. The family would like to thank the staff at Highland Place Retirement Home and Chartwell Westmount LTC for their excellent care and compassion shown to our mother while in their care. Cremation has taken place.
