Predeceased by his parents Lorne and Orpha (nee Mann) and siblings Virgil (Mary), Freida (Al) Brandon and Lois (Dave) Weber.
Cherished by his surviving siblings Willis (Lorraine 2004), David (Mary), Donald, Miriam (Jimm 1980) Weido, Marie (Benson) Wease and Esther (Andre 2004). Loving Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Glen will fondly be remembered for his love of sports, bowling with CNIB, always knowing the weather –even if it was from 40 years past, his wonderful memory and for Gospel music. His faith was strong. He never liked to miss a Sunday service.
Glen will also be missed by the Downtown Community Centre where he visited every week.
Cremation has taken place.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 16 at First Mennonite Church (800 King St E, Kitchener) for a Memorial Service at 2pm. Visitation to take place 1hr prior to service. Glen will be laid to rest with his parents at First Mennonite Cemetery following the service.
