It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ion Voin, a loving husband, father and grandfather, on March 9, 2017. Ion will be missed by his wife of 67 years, Florica, his children John (Karen), Darryl (Robyn) and Lidia (Josef). Ion will also be missed by his grandchildren Joe, Michael, Chris, Jessica, Olivia, Claudia and Julia, as well as several great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at St. Mary's Hospital for their care.
Friends and relatives are invited to visitation on Sat. March 11 and Sun. March 12, between 7 and 9pm at Westmount Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on March 13 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Romanian Baptist Church, on Glasgow St.
