A dedicated wife and mother, Juliet was predeceased by her husband the late Monier Wahba in 1999. She will be deeply missed by her surviving children, Mariana Wahba (Jamie) and Ehab (Ed) Wahba and will be remembered with great affection by her brother Gamil, her sisters Josephine and Georgette and her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family in Egypt, Canada and the United States. Juliet was predeceased by her father Salama Abdalla, mother Latifa Saweeris, brothers Joseph and Gamal and sister Genevieve (Nousa). Known for her generosity and genuine care for others, Juliet was happy to embrace new friendships and assist newcomers to the KW area. She was the first point of contact and was always available to help translate, fill out applications or lend an attentive ear. She was a devoted Christian and was a founder and long time member of the Christian Arabic Church of Kitchener. The family would like to thank those who touched Juliet in their own special way and particularly, would like to recognize the following: Dr. Bodkin and his dedicated staff; Dr. Rosenstein and the amazing hemodialysis nurses and support staff at Freeport and Grand River hospitals; Maya, Andrea and the Grand River Hospital volunteers who greeted Juliet with a smile every morning and transported her to the 7th floor with care; Dr. Salasidis and the cardiology team at St. Mary's General Hospital; Dr. Shaker and the staff at Shaker's Pharmacy; the nurses on the 8A wing at Grand River Hospital who assisted Juliet before her transition to the caring and compassionate nurses at Freeport Hospital where Juliet spent her last days. Honorable mention to Jean and Doug, Juliet's roommates in 8A10 who made sure mom was looked after when we couldn't be there.
