Leanne Margaret Korn

Korn, Leanne Margaret – Born March 23rd, 1996, passed away peacefully on January 26th, 2018 at Grand River Hospital. Much loved daughter of Brian and Angela Korn (Weir). Sister of Steven, Mitchell and Jason. Granddaughter of June Tustin. Predeceased by her grandparents Edith and Werner Korn and Robert Weir. Niece of Angela, Michael and Annie, Diane and Americo, Linda and Ron. Cousin of Jesse, Stephanie (Brent), Jonathan, Megan (Thomas), Shawn (Ropha), Gaven, Corey, Jamie-Lyn, and Zack. Thank you to the many healthcare professionals who provided exceptional care to Leanne for several years. A very special thank you to Lynda, Margo, Ana, Betty, Donna and Doctors Di Gravio, Marcon and Guzar. Cremation has taken place. Leanne’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Friday, February 2nd, 2018 from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. and again on Saturday, February 3rd from 1 – 1:45 p.m., where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region, 201 – 127 Victoria St. S., Kitchener, ON N2G 2B4, (519-571-6788), (www.ilcwr.org).
