Louise Ann Lang Hammer

Passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late William Hammer. Dear mother of Richard Hammer (Sandra) and Constance Hammer (David Arama). Loved grandmother of Scott (Seka), Erica (Gord), and Erin (Glenn); great grandmother of Josh, Alexandra, Logan, Madison, and Emma and great great grandmother of Annabelle. Dear sister of Teresa Montag (Al). Predeceased by her parents George and Olive Lang, brother Gerald Lang, sister Florence Stemmler, great grandson Justin, and great granddaughter Ivy. Louise was a longtime member of the CWL at Sacred Heart RC Church and was also a member of the Royal Order of the Moose. Louise was not only an Angel in life, she was a Saint to many. Louise’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart RC Church, 66 Shanley St., Kitchener, on Friday, June 10, 2016 at 10:00 am. Interment in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
