Hays, Dorothy V. Courtney, age 90, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 at Physicians Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, husband, John R. Hays (Dick), Sr., and sons John “Johnny” Hays, Jr., and William Joseph “Joe” Hays.
Survivors include grandchildren, Stephanie Hays and Natali Hays Winters and husband Shawn; daughter-in-law Teresa “Terri” Hays; great grandchildren, Madison English, Gabriele Hays, Candice Richart, Emma Winters; sisters, Barbara “Bobbie” Lovin, Billie Courtney; nieces Karen Bales, Myrna and Courtney Long.
Graveside services will be Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 2:30pm in Lynnhurst Cemetery.
