Earl Franklin Werkheiser Sr., age 68, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025. He was playful and teased relentlessly. Earl was a hard worker and strong provider. He had a soft spot in his heart for all animals. In his spare time, Earl loved listening to music, watching old tv shows and cartoons. He was the best "Pop" and will be greatly missed. Gone but not forgotten.
Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Werkheiser; parents, Chester and Sarah Werkheiser; siblings, Linda and John Werkheiser. He is survived by children, Christina Werkheiser and Earl Jr. (Trisha) Werkheiser; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Stella Cyphers, Helen Lozier, and Caroline Hill; many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home Wednesday, August 6th at 2:00pm for a final goodbye before procession to Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 3:00pm Graveside Service.
