Evelyn Marie Loy, age 79, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023. She was a member of Alice Bell Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Iva Jean Stephens; brother, Charles Stevens; sister, Betty Aitken; step-father, James Goin. Evelyn is survived by brother, Billy (Jeanne) Stephens; several nieces and nephews.
