On February 17, 2023, Frank G. Regas left this earth, surrounded by love, for his heavenly journey at the age of 87. He was a loving father, papa, husband, foodie, restaurateur, entrepreneur, leader, and friend. From the beginning, Frank loved family, food, his restaurants, God and all people.
To his family, he devoted his love and attention to all the powerful life lessons - to love, to forgive, to be kind, to give, to believe, to persevere, to try, to fail and try again, to be you, to live and to find happiness in every situation.
To his family and friends, he was always eager to lend a helping hand, light up a room and inspire others through his charisma, knowledge, cheerful smile and kind actions.
In business, he committed his entire life to the food business, including Regas Restaurant, Grady’s Goodtimes, Wendy’s, Papa Johns and others. He received many recognitions and honors in the restaurant industry for his knowledge and leadership. He also served on boards for large restaurant chains and opened his own commissary to serve grocery stores, airlines and others.
