Helen C White

Helen Crippen White, age 97, passed away peacefully at home December 26, 2024. She was a lifelong member of Second United Methodist Church, where she and husband, Bob attended Friendship Sunday School Class. Helen always enjoyed being around people which made her an excellent retail employee. She worked several different boutiques and dress shops all her life. She was born February 27, 1927. At age 97 she had many lifelong friends whom she outlived and lost earlier. She was a strong Christian woman and an example for many. Helen was dearly loved and will be missed.

Preceded in death by her husband, Bob; sister, Oneida; brother, Earl; and grandson-in-law, Wayne Brintnall.

Helen and Bob raised two boys, Robby (Deb) and Bradley (Susan), She adored her grandchildren, Travis White (Holly), Hanley Coppock (Chris), Katie Brintnall; Phil White (Krista). Her blessed great grands are Lucy, Taylor, Trevor, Blake, Carter, Payton and Norris.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 3, 2025 from 6 – 7pm at Second United Methodist Church. A service will follow with Rev. Betsy Denton officiating. The graveside service will be Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 11 am at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
