Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Clara Fox. He is survived by his fiancée, Linda Wade; children, Brent Fox (Elena), Leigh Ann Fox and Ben Fox (Nicole); grandchildren, Hayden, Madison and Waylon; brother, Joe Fox (Charlotte); nieces, Crystal and Rachel; special friends, Tracy and Brad Griffith; his beloved dog, Cooper.
Jim was an alumnus of Central High School and attended the University of Tennessee. He dedicated over 40 years to AT&T and was a respected official for high school sports, earning induction into the KFOC Hall of Fame and the TSSAA Hall of Fame.
Graveside service will be at 11am on Tuesday, February 10th at Lynnhurst Cemetery, Knoxville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
