Janet Irwin Smith

Smith, Janet Irwin, age 82, of Maryville, Tennessee, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, February 13, 2014 after passing away at her home. Janet enjoyed bowling and traveling with her husband and loved her dogs. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Archer Smith; her parents, Glen and Mabel Sayne Irwin; and a sister that only lived a few hours. Survivors include Sister-in-law, Dora Lynn Kryder, several nieces and nephews and a lifelong friend, Louise Blair. The family would like to give a special thanks to Personal Care Choice of Maryville, especially Josie Delozier, Laurie Houck and Terri Jenkins for their exceptional care during her illness. Family will receive friends 4-6 pm Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home and again on Monday, February 17, 2014 from 12 Noon until 1 pm prior to the funeral service in the chapel of Lynnhurst-Greenwood Funeral Home. Rev. Cesar Correa will be officiating. The interment service will follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery.
