Louie H Hagerman

Hagerman, Louie H. age 97 of Knoxville passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012. He is a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church. Mr. Hagerman was a retired Design Engineer for TVA with 33 years of service. He was a member of Cherokee Masonic Lodge for 50+ years. Louie loved to travel and was avid UT sports fan.

Preceded in death by his wife Elsie Hagerman, parents Louie H. “Papa” Hagerman, Sr. and Eula “Mama Lou” Hagerman, brothers Thomas Hageman and Pierce Hagerman, daughter Cindy Upton and step-daughter Linda Davis.

Survivors include sons Gary M. Hagerman, DC and wife Jeannette and Kenneth Howard, daughter Jean McCaine, step-daughter Martha Farris and husband James, son-in-law Dennie Davis, brother Joe R. Hagerman and wife Mary, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. “Extended family” The Chang family and The Lo family. In addition to his family, many friends from Cokesbury United Methodist and made at the assisted living facility Autumn Care in Karns since November 2010.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 5-7pm in the Lynnhurst/Greenwood Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 7pm with Rev. Steven G. Sallee officiating and Carol Hollar assisting.
