Mary Lee Moser, age 95 of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. She was lifelong member of Washington Pike UMC, where she was a member of the choir. As a young adult, Mary Lee attended the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. Her love of music continued throughout her life. Mary Lee was a member of the Knoxville Choral Society and sang in a trio throughout the 1950’s and 1960’s. She enjoyed playing the organ and listening to music. Mary Lee was an avid sports fan, with a special love for all things VOLS. She lived a long and fulfilling life in her 95 years and those that knew her will miss her sweet spirit.
Mary Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Thelma Moser; sister and brother-in-law, Bob and Virginia Crum. She is survived by nephew, Ken Crum; niece, Karen Owen; great nieces, Shelly Snell and Heather Byrd; great- great nieces and nephew, Luke, Sydney and Harper.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Washington Pike United Methodist Church Choir, 2241 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN 37917.
A family graveside service will be held at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
